Level Six was created with the idea of high quality, delicious ingredients and good cocktail craftsmanship in mind. There are both classics and new interpretations on the menu, and we work with small, local, Danish distilleries that provide the best spirits for our cocktails.

Therefore we have 21 Danish gins on the menu, and some of them are produced no more than a few kilometers away.

If hunger strikes, we serve small dishes and snacks that match the cocktails served. The menu offers creative classics and is based on organic, local ingredients, and animal welfare.
